You can choose from either of the following two types of report:

Formal Business Valuation: This is a comprehensive valuation report that explores all aspects of the business. The report is laid out to meet the needs of legal and other formal applications. This is the type of report that would be required for single expert witness, court, tax and other legal purposes. It is also ideal for situations where one business partner wants to buy out another partner and an independent opinion of value is needed.

Business Appraisal: This report provides an estimate of the likely market selling price for the business. It involves less rigorous analysis than a formal valuation. This type of report is ideal where an in-depth report is not essential. It is suitable for business owners who just want to get an estimate of the likely sale price. The business appraisal report is not suitable for legal applications.
